Mercantile was one of the most technically demanding projects in downtown Fargo. With its mixed-use design and scale, every floor brought new challenges. Our team installed RC channel and fire caulking systems to meet strict soundproofing and fire-rating requirements, creating quiet, comfortable living spaces above a bustling urban core.
In addition to drywall and paint throughout, we completed steel stud framing for the commercial storefronts and installed high-end wallpaper in the common areas, adding texture and style that complements the modern design. The result is a property that balances durability, safety, and elegance, supporting both residential comfort and commercial activity in the heart of downtown.
