In the center of downtown Fargo, Kesler Apartments brought a modern design that leaned on smooth wall finishes and layered color accents throughout. Every surface had to carry its own character while still tying into the overall look of the building.
Our work included drywall, smooth wall finishing, custom paint in multiple tones, steel stud framing for the commercial storefronts, and orange peel texture on the ceilings. The third-floor lounge with outdoor seating gave residents a distinctive gathering place overlooking the city.
