As the Fargo Theatre celebrates 100 years of bringing entertainment to the community, this renovation focused on honoring its history while preparing it for the next century. Every detail was handled with care to preserve the character that makes this space iconic.
Working throughout theatres 1 and 2 along with the lobby and common areas, our team completed extensive repair and repainting across scaffolding and lifts, navigating height, access, and intricate architectural features. A total of 13 custom-matched colors were used to restore and enhance the original design, from bold feature elements to the subtle accents that define the theatre’s signature look.
Additional work included refinishing metal features around the stage and throughout the space, ensuring each element aligned with the historic aesthetic while performing for years to come. The result is a refreshed environment that feels true to its roots, ready to continue creating experiences for generations.
